Worst dealership experience I've ever had. On the phone I asked for a total of price for parts and was told $55. I showed up to pick up and pay for it and magically the bill went to $90. I was told that when I asked for the total they cannot quote prices of stuff not in stock. But the price included two parts one that they had and they had a order and identical one in so why couldn't they just double the price of that certain product. So it was just either laziness and competence or something else. then I get at home and the parts are the wrong ones. So I recommend going to a different International dealer or just buying a better product like I Kenworth or a Mack.

Kate in the service department takes good care of me. She makes sure my truck is safe, and that any repairs are completed on time and on budget. On those occasions where something unexpected comes up, she's quick to call to explain, discuss options, and get authorization.
