Richard was amazing. He and his staff are top notch and know how to work the more challenging deals. They specialize in challenged credit customers wanting to get into a newer car. They do what many think is impossible. If you've been turned down at other dealership, I'm telling you, these guys can get it done. I couldn't recommend these guys more. 2 cars I've bought so far and will continue to buy from Green Bay Auto due to the respect and fairness they give to every single guest. Caleb was a great to work with. Very attentive and communicated with us through every step of the process. We were able to get into a 2019 vehicle within our price range.
My Mother purchased a nice 2018 Nissan Patherfinder.nThey have reasonable rates and will work with you. There was misunderstanding a week after she bought it. The sales manager Richard, and his salesman Caleb made sure that my Mother left more than satisfied and clear knowledge about her vehicle and fixed the proproblem. My older brother and I are definitely coming here to purchase our next vehicles.

Horrible experience here. I went in for a promotion that was whatever your Kelly blue book value of your vehicle was plus $4000 On top of that. That being said my vehicle at the time was valued at about $4000 So I was expecting around 7-8000 for it. They came back and said good news! We’re giving you $1000 for your vehicle. So I guess they valued my car at -$3000 for that to work out. Total scam. And also the salesman I was working with showed me a truck and there was no price on it and he refused to tell me what the price of the truck was and kept saying don’t worry we’ll figure that out later. I told him my bottom line for what I could afford a month and he says okay and comes back with an outrageous amount for monthly payments at over 4x the amount I told him I could afford and an interest rate through the roof almost 30% and I have good credit. I told him I couldn’t afford it and he starts insulting me and telling me I wasted his time and to come back when I’m serious about buying a vehicle and storms off angrily into an office without saying anything not intending to come back out until I needed to go get my license back from him and glares at me as I go to leave with my kids. Totally unprofessional and horrible experience all around.
