Quiet park with lots of permanents/seasonals. The water is hard to the extreme at 619 ppm, as is all the well water in this area. Nice pool, clean modern bath house with stalls that were the antithesis of flimsy.

Awesome park. Very welcoming to all. Highly recommended for long term. Never any drama and the staff treat u like family. The pool and restrooms are very well kept and always clean. It is a nice quiet place and only minutes from the stores as well as laughlin. Thx too all the staff. U guys are awesome! :)

I have lived here for 3 years. It's clean, quite & close to stores & hospital. We have a pool that is also clean & open all year round. We get free water, electricity & basic tv channels & internet.
