On our last trip we had problems with our leveling system. One call to Kyle and our system was in great hands. Kyle and the service crew jumped in and we were on the road again. Its RARE when you find an honest FAST and nice company to work with. Thank you for the great service and more importantly how fast you took care us.

Service dept promised us warranty work completed in four days. We were living in the trailer. Went out of town, came back, they hadn’t touched the trailer. Blamed it on the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer with whom i had interacted successfully prior, story was not true. Promised we could pick the trailer up on Saturday; got there, not the case. Sales manager was there, wouldnt let us pick up the trailer, told us the service employee wouldnt have said that, basically called us liars. Even though he knew we would have to pay for a motel. I dont know why a quality trailer company like Grand Design allows these folks to represent them. We stayed in the rv Park next door for several months and found from speaking to folks who stayed there that our experience was normal. And btw, there was animal hair all over the interior of our trailer, and the television was set to Spanish music channels. So I can only assume that someone used our trailer as their own hotel while were gone. Nothing was stolen.

Steve & Christy our sales team were absolutely amazing to work with. Bill & Josh (sales & finance mangers) did an amazing job getting us into our new rig - a 2020 momentum! Brian in service provided a thorough orientation walk through and has been great to work with for some minor warranty work and some other things that needed to be addressed. All in all we are VERY pleased with the overall experience with the Laughlin RV country team. Thank you all!

Had an appointment for some warranty work...they did a great job, covered everything that needed to be addressed. Kyle and Sterling made it all right! Great place! Definitely recommend!

Once you sign papers they put you on the back burner. Everyone we dealt with doesn't seem to know what's going on. I got the he said, she said or someone else was responsible and they're sorry. They don't keep you informed and if you call they don't have any answers and they'll call me back. Which turns into me calling them back because they never called. It's all very frustrating and I would not go there ever again. I'll be getting all the maintenance done elsewhere.
