From our initial call to Anderson Ford, Bullhead City, Arizona for repair of our Ford Explorer from an accident, we were handled with professional, empathetic care. Sarah Gain was the customer care representative who answered our questions in layman terms we could understand. Under promised & over delivered comes to mind. Sarah kept us in the loop through out the time for the repairs sharing the findings of the mechanic. From start to finish each technician, customer care representative & finalizing the payment we were treated with respect. The service when I went and bought my car was great! But, I was there recently to get my first oil change service on my car and the experience wasn’t the greatest. They offer a shuttle but they don’t really tell you that you’re gonna be waiting 2 hrs just for an oil change. So you go in there thinking hey it’s just an oil change I don’t need to leave. Then I went back to get a tire replaced because I had a nail in my tire they said, they never called me to let me know the tire was in, I had to call them to ask. So I stopped there when I got off work, and once again just for a tire change it took them 2 hrs. They never told me it would take 2 hours to change a tire. It’s a waste of time for people that have things to do or have to go back to work. And why does it take so long for an oil change isn’t that why they insist on you making an appointment in the first place. I go to a tire shop, the tire would’ve cost me about half of what I paid and it would’ve been done in 30 min. Place is great, the service department needs to get it together.

First class is how they treat you at Anderson Ford in Bullhead City, AZ. I was able to schedule maintenance appointment for two of my vehicles on same day same time. Matt in the Service Department was very accommodating. After dropping off my first car he arranged for someone to drive me home to get my second car. Matt kept me informed on progress of service and recommended preventative maintenance. We discussed what should be done right away and what can be postponed for a few months. Repairs on both vehicles were completed in a timely manner and coincidentally both cars were ready at the same time. This was just another great experience I’ve had with this dealership, thank you.

The staff at Anderson Ford was very friendly and not pushy. Tamiko was super friendly and listened to what we needed and got us in our price range. My wife is really happy with her new F150!
