Online banking is a joke. Down for days and then locked out of my joint account. No help because they can't find record of me on the account. Poorly run operation. If I didn't have a loan with them, I would leave.
I met with Abby Brice last week and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and was super personable. I didn't know people laughed at loan signings! It was my first time taking out a personal loan but it didn't feel like it because she made everything a breeze. Thank you Abby, I really appreciate it! Keep up the great work!
Every time I call this branch, it goes to voicemail. So when I stop in to see if I can get a appointment, they tell me I need to call. Poor customer service. CCU is great, but go to the main office on Morris St.
I don't understand why this capital credit union doesn't have an outside atm. Every other one does!
