Excellent Customer Service
There are many car places, tire places and shops in this area. But not all have the courtesy and professionalism that is required and needed in order to be successful in maintaining and growing their client base. Mid Valley has wonderful people who work there. They really care and respect the customer and listen. I've been going there for awhile now, and I've recommended my whole family to take their vehicles there. I have taken my cars to Vern for 10 years. I won't go anywhere else. If your looking for good car/tire care I totally recommend Mid Valley Auto.
They charged me $100 for a test and recommended repairs on parts that passed tests at another shop. Had i gone with their recommendations, I'd be out $600 and my car still broken.
Very nice family own business i from California and was on vacation when I had a real bad overheating problem on my truck other auto shop wouldn't take me cuz I had my boat hookup to the truck the owner Vernon from mid valley auto took me n and my boat Found the problem and fix it. Fast Service very good mechanics that knows what they are talking about and very satisfied With the service. Thanks mid valley auto for getting me and my family back home safe👍
