As with most stations, a lot of the staff is transient and doesn't know you've been a customer for years, and family for decades prior. Half the staff is great, and the other half, not so much. Attitude is only appropriate for rude customers.nMost importantly, though, don't post hours you don't keep. Tonight, closed before 9 pm, much less the advertised 10. I won't be compensated for the wasted trip.
Went to get gas and wash my windows. There was no washer fluid in any of the wash bins. The washers were all worn out, too. The place was dirty. I stopped filling my tank and wanted to get a receipt, but that wasn't working. I went down to the CENEX station to fill the rest of my tank. Get with it owners of O'Briens!!!!
Place is DIRTY!! The customer bathroom is even worse. I'll pee outside before going back here.

Closes very early. No gas for MILES. pop machine outside doesn’t work. With the largest station in iron river one would think being open more would be beneficial... we will just wait for Kwik Trip to put up a store I guess!
