Top O' the Morn Campground & Bar

Absolutely beautiful place, very friendly and accommodating owners! I was traveling across country with a house boat and they were very welcoming. Would love to visit again sometime! Maybe with a regular camper next time. Lol

Absolutely not what I expected or hoped for!nnI had made reservations at this campground a solid month before . I explained to the man that I wanted a site for 3 days and asked if a tent could also be on the site. I was told that the site wasn't big enough for a tent and I would have to rent an additional site for the tent that my kids would be sleeping in. But I was assured that the sites would be close together.nAs we were driving in, I noticed that a lot of the sites were taken up with seasonal campers, you could tell by the large decks . But there were quite a few open sites so didn't worry.nI paid for my reservation, and went out to check out the site. Our site was on the edge of the campground road and facing another seasonal camper , like within 3 feet from their deck. We would have had our campfire and lawn chairs close enough to their deck to have had conversation about the weather. Not at all what I call camping.nI went to the office to say the site was not acceptable and was told that all the sites were taken, we could move to a better site for two nights and then would then have to move back to the front yard of the sesonal camper. Also ,the tent site was quite a ways from either campsite they offered to us . Not what I was told at the time of the reservation.nI called and made a reservation at Bois Brule State Campground for about 1/4 the cost ($25.00 vs $67.00) and the tent could be at the same site.nWe ended up paying for two nights and staying for one at the Top O' Morn, the campers were so packed in . If your idea of camping is being sandwiched up to your neighbor with very little privacy ,listening to babies cry and campers leaving at 6am. This is your place! If you are looking for a camping experience set in the trees of Northern Wisconsin , I would suggest you not stay here. Keep looking!

You won’t find a better place to stay. The owners are awesome and the park is beautiful!

Very good cabin's. . great deals on pontoon rentals, and near ATV trails ! awesome place !
