I have a brake issue with my new Jeep Gladiator that the dealer just would not address, I feared that my front brakes would fail so i opted for second option, they look over the Jeep for two and a half hours and found multiple issues, they than suggested since under warranty to take to a service center, my cost for them to do all that nil, nothing, asked what do I really owe he said have a nice day. I was stunned. I can't thank Brake Masters enough they truly are a great company.
They took care of things right away. Problems solved!
