Having recently bought a home in Lake Linden and moving from northern Illinois not knowing anyone here, when it came time to make an investment into property maintenance, the one place I am familiar with is JOHN DEERE. So after deciding what I needed I spoke with Donny in sales that referred me to their Nauganee store for Stihl equipment. Lisa, their in house Stihl & Honda sales specialist, was extremely helpful, informative, understanding of my needs and concerns and instrumental in my purchases. When I explained to Donny at their Lake Linden store that I didn't have a way to get the equipment from there to my home, he didn't hesitate to tell me he would personally go there and deliver the equipment that day to my home. Not only did I get a deal that could absolutely not be matched anywhere, but Lisa had all 3 pieces of equipment fueled-up, pre-checked their operations, registered their warranties, and included a fuel can with pre-mixed fuel and a 6pack of Stihl 2-cycle oil. I won't hesitate to purchase more Stihl equipment from them. If I can ever manage to get the funds I won't have any hesitation to purchase a new Gator from Donny. This was service as it used to be and as it always should be. Thank you all for your assistance with my purchases. But since I'm here now I'll just add to this regarding the Mason Wisconsin store. So before moving to the UP I was looking at this stores inventory and happened upon a barely used TORO snowblower. Upon moving here I made the decision to purchase it. I had the pleasure of working with salesperson Brady Mcguire. Explaining my needs and unique situation we agreed upon a price, he emailed me the purchase order which I e-signed, without forcing me to put money down he took me at my word and allowed me to make lay-away payments. Now in a few days or week , after having ensured its operation is fine, and even having gone the extra step to ensure I have the owners manual, they are going to deliver the unit to my home. My experiences with all of the employees with Northland Equipment has been great. I trust whomever reads this will receive the same great service. I bought a Polaris Ranger from Northland. We were met with smiles and we were treated like family. Everyone was wonderful, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our salesman, Brady treated us like VIPs. A++++

Great service friendly people

We bought our lawn mower from them 15 yrs ago and have gone to them for everything. This time, the service has not been what it used to be. When we called for the parts, we mentioned the model of our mower and the fact that we've been going there for 15 yrs and that we are on the computer. We picked up the supplies to find out they gave us the wrong oil filter and no air filter sleeve. Went back and it took awhile to get someone to help and when I asked about the sleeve, I was told it comes in the kit. So not sure why they didn't give us the kits.
