Couldn’t ask for more pleasant folks to work with. Preston A. found me just the right Cherokee at a nearby dealership and I took delivery in two business days. Just picked up a beautiful 2017 jeep. I have no complaints about them. They worked with my indecisiveness tons of questions without complaining. I test drove a ton of cars and Everything went smoothly.
I recently purchased my 7th vehicle in 15 years from this dealership. I keep coming back for their outstanding service, product knowledge (I'm a dedicated Ford believer), very competitive pricing (I'm consistently impressed by their very fair trade appraisals) and just genuinely friendly sales staff. I dealt with one other Ford dealer in another state 6 years ago when buying a car for my wife. It wasn't even close to Ashland Ford Chrysler in terms of any of the factors mentioned above. I heartily recommend Ashland Ford Chrysler. I'm starting to think about a new F-150 in the Spring of 2021 and I guarantee you I'll buy it from these guys. Terrific dealership.
It is very rare to find a dealership that works so hard to help out a customer. I was impressed with Mike and Corey on how they didn't pressure us, or steer us on buying something they wanted us to buy. I was also happy on what they gave us in our trade in value. All in all, I would say we had a great experience and will continue to do business with Ashland Ford Chrysler.
