Shanty's preformed an oil change and inspection on my Ram diesel. While I was happy with the service provided. I could have been over the top happy if they had washed it as part of the service. Many dealerships do. And it wasn't that dirty. Just saying.
Travelling on business and needed tires rotated on a large cargo van. They got it done fast and efficiently at a really good price. Office staff and techs were friendly and inviting. If in the area and need work done will definitely call first!
Paid 60 for an oil change that needed to be redone 2000 miles sooner than it was supposed to. When i went for another and asked why this was I was told it was because my truck was ridden more this time.......how when the milage does not reflect this. But yet somehow this oil change i was only charged 43 dollars for. I don't mind mistakes im very patient and forgiving,and i appreciate the secret discount they applied, but i don't appreciate lying to my face and then with a statement that tries my intelligence. Just say that a mistake was made i appreciate the honesty more because you own up to it as a business and are using this chance to fix it. Now i am left with a worse impression and i feel like the workmanship is shoddy and you do not care.
