Two stars because the people are nice.
With that said, I almost purchased a new battery and a new alternator per their diagnosis. Come to find out it was THEIR faulty sensor that was causing my battery to die, for over a year.
Why this is relevant... im a female full time RV'er. I've had to go 2500+ miles across the country on several occasions over the past year without ever turning my truck off, at pumps, rest areas, e.t.c., risking theft or worse.
I was stranded several times over that year, forced to have to ask strangers for a jump. This device is already a distraction as is. It shouldn't have ever became a dangerous one.
A bad relay. Vegas smart start found it in less than 30 minutes.
Constant issues with the device. Followed the instructions and still have violations literally every week. Use a different company, I'm sure they all have issues but check consumer affairs sites for smart start and you'll find hundreds and hundreds of complaints. They are the worst of a bad lot.
