Brought my Polaris ATV here to get repaired. They had it done the very next day and saved my weekend. Thank you Runamuk for your excellent service.
Runamuk Rides runs a SCAM OPERATION. When you return your snowmobiles they tell you everything is fine and then they charge your credit card for bogus damages without even contacting you. When you stop payments on the credit card charges that you did not authorize they become irate and unprofessional. They have their lawyer create court fillings to run up costs as quickly as possible. NEVER EVER CONSIDER RENTING FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS.
Had a great time and zero issues. She answered all of our questions prior to the reservation and was very helpful when we got there. We will be back next year.
We had a fun time renting but they're very shady with their damage 'deposits'. It's been 23 days and all we've gotten from them are lies and empty promises of callbacks. Based on other reviews this is a common issue. We've talked to them on the phone 5 times and messaged the website. Still nothing.nnWe were told the money was already returned and then a week later that they just forgot.
Runamuk Rides was recommended to us by a local Cable business as a place to take our pontoon for repairs. We intended to bring our pontoon there for servicing but Runamuk did not even answer their phone and their voicemail box was full. Ended up going to Hayward, but we sure gave it our best try to give Runamuk our support and business.
