I went there this morning. A nice girl directed me to Tim. She said to him, you talked to these people on Friday? He was on the phone and said, maybe. My husband and I stood there and he never acknowledged us at all. Tim didn't say, I'll be right with you, I'll be just a moment, hello, how are you....nothing. He went back to his phone call, which I never heard him even speak on the phone, maybe he was on hold, I don't know. Alisha came over and helped us, she was real nice. As for Tim, he was rude to me on the phone Friday when I talked to him and this morning.
Could not get waited on waited 30 min and I left. Very poor service
Ordered a tire, scheduled an oil change also, they dropped the ball. Tire wasn't ordered and oil change was not scheduled even though we had a time to be there.
The best service we could've possibly gotten, great prices and amazing people working there. Thank you so much.
Great experience, everyone was great and very cordial
