Jimmy John's

The customer service has been great everytime I've been here. I like that they have a platter option to feed a group of people. However, I just don't want to spend that much money on a cold sandwich. The quality is fine but I wish they had a larger selection and the option for hot sandwiches.

During this “Pandemic” I would already expect delays and I am completely okay with it. This is my first time eating jimmy john’s and I didn’t know what to get so I played it safe and got tuna my favorite. But the guy who took out Order was keshawn and he was super friendly and answered all our questions. He always made out experience great and he was super fast on getting what we needed. We will definitely be back

When you select "leave at door" option make sure you watch the door. The delivery driver claimed to deliver the food but didn't knock on the door to notify us. But they never showed up in the first place and said someone stole our food... Smh

Jim John's has definitely gone downhill, no longer "so fast you'll freak" , now " So slow you'll sleep". I order for lunch while working, past 3 orders have been 25 minutes plus and I'm located less than 1 mile up the same road, management needs to figure out how to better staff correctly, and when an order says no lettuce or tomatoe that means I didn't want any so maybe make sure your gloves were clean and not getting stuff all over the bread, was about a once a week customer and that's the last time for me.

Love Jimmy John's. Sandwiches and pickles are very good. Nice staff and clean place. During the pandemic they're very careful and have a good system of getting people their orders.
