This place was great and we didn’t even rent a bike. After a long bike ride across Madeline Island on August 20, 2020, just when we rode back into town, my wife’s bike got a flat front tire. This outfit doesn’t repair flat tires but, these very nice folks sold us a new tube for a very reasonable price, and loaned us the tools to fix it (which I had the capability to fix). We were happily able to continue our ride after that. If you are on Madeline Island and need bikes or scooters, do business with Motion To Go.

If you head out to Madeline Island, make sure you stop here so you can see the whole island by moped.nnStaff was super friendly and explained everything really well. I’ve never driven a moped before, so I was thinking about dipping out and just getting a bike or e-bike. The staff member (wish I would have gotten her name) talked me into it after having my doubts and explained everything thoroughly and I’m so glad she did - it was one of the best parts of the trip. We were out for about two hours, but I would’ve loved to spend the day cruising on that thing.nnIt was $30 a person per hour and well worth it. Helmets were provided as well. Make sure to bring sunglasses and a mask as well.nnIf you’re a newer rider, you’re able to practice in the lot next door to get the hang of things.nnCan’t wait to do this again!

Very good experience here. Staff very friendly and efficient. I liked that they charged only for time we had rented the bikes .... not to next hour! Great bikes and great service

Skip the cost of taking a vehicle on the ferry, instead just walk two blocks into La Pointe and rent a bike or moped. We had reserved a day in advance and had bikes for the day so we could ride to Big Bay State Park to hike and swim - it was perfect. Great service. Great quality Trek bikes. Love that they were patient to ensure our helmets fit.

Great service and good rates. A member of our party had an issue with the bike that occurred a few miles away. Owner drove to use and gave a new bike! Would recommend.
