Great food and great prices. The pulled pork is amazing

Normally much better. But this last trip was not a happy trip. I ordered online for pickup this time. It appears that they rushed the waffle fries because when we got home they were inedible, limp and soggy with grease. I also decided to try a Caesar salad as a side. What I received was pretty unappetizing. In a small cup was about 3 bites of wilted romaine hearts with enough dressing for a full salad dumped on top. The brisket was tough and dry.

The kielbasa westerner with everything is my go-to. Everything is great here! I like the sauce, too. I'm happy I discovered this little spot!

The food is great, I absolutely love it. For some reason they are always out of chicken. Twice that I have eaten there my order came to me wrong. And at the last visit when I called to have it corrected or get a refund the night manager Rose told me her name was Jenna and asked me to get a hold of the day manager Carry who's real name is Magan. I was lied to, horrible customer service! And in my personal opinion the Polish sausage have a rotten smell and taste. This place needs new management and professional customer service classes.

Very disappointing experience. Order was wrong: ordered 2 ribs and one brisket, ended up with 1 rib and 2 briskets. Ribs were dry with little meat, tasted like they've been there more than a day. DID NOT GET ANY BBQ SAUCE! Ordered green breans, but received baked beans. Girl who took ordered and who greeted us when we walked in (same girl) lacked basic customer service skills.
