I was in the hospital for 5 days. Dr. At hospital wired prescription to them. They refused because I was a new customer. Surprise here was that they had all my information from the past. Recently I had to have my pain medication wired there. My provider wired at 11:30 that morning. Called at 5 6 and 8 no script. Called Dr next morning was told they did send. Dr called Walgreens and was told script was threaded because they were not accepting any new pain patients. Now I will go without my meds for a month. All done.
Let me establish that I'm not just a old grumpy person. This has to be one of the worst managed pharmacies I've ever used. They simply have zero interest in customer service. They won't answer their phones and seemingly don't care. The feeling is if you don't like it move on.
I've used Walgreens in other area for many years but it's time to move on from the Bullhead location.
They are more concerned about saving money than they are customer service. New hours, photo dept now don't open until 10am now. Nothing posted on website. Made unless trip for nothing. Now have to go back again. No more Walgreens shopping. Moving prescriptions to CVS.

Have gone to the pharmacy 3 months in a row and had issues with my insurance! Lauralynn went beyond great customer service and fixed the issue today! This gal is great at her job!
