2 of the rudest employees I've ever met in my life today. First one met us at door to tell us that we had 10 minutes to shop. They were going to close at 7. Terrible practice . Do you want to make the sale or not? Next she proceeds to tell me her cc machine is having issue . Gets coworker to help . Can't get it to work. I tell girl it's not my card since I know my own account. The second girl tells me "well I dont know what to tell you". I myself reinsert the card and it works. Terrible customer service terrible manners and bad representation of your store. WON'T BE BACK
Been shopping here for over 10 years, every time we stay in Laughlin, Nevada. Staff is very helpful & pleasant to customers. I have never had an unpleasant visit. I always come home with a lot of nice lingerie & sleep wear.
