I was really excited to experience the outlet here in Laughlin of Levi's I actually worked for Levis, but it was very surprising to me that the prices were still a regular price even in and Outlet did not buy anything very disappointed
I was visiting family in Bullhead City during christmas block leave (Army) when I walked into the store and saw a jacket I wanted but didnt buy it. Fast forward 6 weeks and that damn jacket was still on my mind lol I called the store and spoke to the sweetest associate I have ever spoken with, her name was cash and told her my story. THIS WOMAN SEARCHED ON HER COMPUTER UNTIL SHE FOUND THE ONE I NEEDED IN MY SIZE IN PENNSYLVANIA!! After finding my jacket this amazing associate took my number down, called that store herself to make sure it was there, had them put it on hold, then called me back and said they are holding it for you and will ship it through fedex to Fort Stewart GA WITH FREE SHIPPING!! NOT TO MENTION THE JACKET RETAILS FOR 120 DOLLARS AND I PAID 35 BUCKS!!!! Thank you thank you thank you for putting in all that work just for a jacket! ABSOLUTE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE CASH!!!!!!!
