I am absolutely mortified at how far customer service standards have fallen in the millennial generation of sales associates and overall treatment. I visited rue 21 and the very best I got was being completely ignored but then they took it one further and not only accused me of stealing but proceeded to kick me out and I had not stolen a thing I was so furious about how little say I had on my own innocence and this rude snotty little girl was going to get away with this well a bad review is toothless but it's something at least
Love rue21 sorry u left the mall in Laughlin ..now everyone has to wear Walmart clothes...
