We miss our Bass! When the virus is over we will be first in their door. GREAT staff(Teresa, Liz and all the rest), GREAT selection, good prices! The staff is friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, extremely pleasant. It's like we are family and they want the best for us. Be safe and we'll come see you as soon as we can.

I did not have enough time to take the survey online because I was out on tour but I would like to give a special thanks to Teresa for exceptional service taking her time and showing me the products and helping me find an all leather shoe that I liked the most. I drive tour buses there all the time and I will make sure to bring my clients in to talk to her she has a fantastic personality and a lot of knowledge on the shoes and the products that are within the store

Our friend needed some shoes for a wedding in June. So we went to Laughlin Mall Bass Factory Outlet Store. She found a really cute pair of dressy sandals for a really great price. So a nice dinner, a little gambling and successful shopping what more could we ask for. It was a great afternoon for all of us.
