Stopped quick to order pizza waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes walked in they gave my pizza away and they acted like it was the person who took its fault. So $#!+ happens I waited another 10 and the pizza was doughy! Bummer! But the staff was super friendly and the crazy bread was great!
Poor service, pizza was good but every time I go there I get greeted with annoyed stares or an angry voice
Pizza is good, but customer service has to change.. very poor customer service, people behind the counter don't smile or greet customers, get bothered when questions are asked, don't hand a receipt to customers. Unhappy workers unhappy customers this is the second time I go to this little Ceasars in rice lake, if your unhappy this is not your piece of pie, don't ruin others moments.nnMqnagers.... keep a close eye on your workers and teach them customer service
Just go to drags, the pizza is way better and only for a slightly better price
Our order was ready when we arrived but the cashier was a bit slow. Nice, but slow.
