I dropped off a prescription to transfer to Walgreens on Monday. I went there today, 4 days later on my way to the Boundary Waters, and they said that my insurance company doesn't cover it at Walgreens. I asked why someone didn't call me as this prescription is urgent and the side affects of not taking it are very serious. The pharmacy staff member replied that they really had no excuse except they were understaffed. This is neglectful and unimaginable. I could have easily filled it days ago to prepare for my trip if they had been courteous enough to let me know. Their lack of care for patients could cost them their lives.

So disappointed in the service here. I had prescriptions sent from ScriptHero which I have never had problems with at any other pharmacy. ScriptHero confirmed they sent everything on Monday, called Walgreens on Thursday and they did not even have my name on file. The tech that talked to me was very rude and said that my name must be incorrect...like what? It's my own name pretty sure I know what it is. Finally got it through that I do not have a traditional name and the pharmacist said my prescription would be ready by 8 am on Friday.Now it is Friday and I am sitting in Walgreens on my 30 minute lunch break well after the time I was told to pick up...and they are still not ready. At least a 20 minute wait. They don't even have to count pills..I am picking up eye drops, slap a label on it and move on. Never using Walgreens again.

TYLER who works at this location has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a Walgreens. I am very disappointed and will be switching to CVS. I think Walgreens needs to remember who keeps them in business and remind their employees of this as well.

My husband is a veteran who receive his cholesterol medication from Veterans office. But for some reason it did not get here on time and he totally run out. We went to Walgreen to buy a couple tablets but they wouldn't sell it to him. Because because he doesn't buy from them regularly. It is a matter of his heart since he had an heart attack a couple years ago. And it's a weekend. We think it is very money oriented practice rather than ones health. And I always buy from them and he also use to buy from them too. But it didn't make any difference. We'll be changing our pharmacy.
