Was able to get in quickly after my windshield got cracked and within 20 minutes had my windshield fixed and clean! Thanks for the quick and excellent service!!
Orderd the wrong windshield two times...its a brand new truck use the vin..its not that hard, im trying to run a business and need my equipment. I'm not taking my business here anymore.
Tim replaced my windshield as according to insurance although it could have just had a chip repair. He was on time, extremely courteous, and very professional. Even when I had alot of questions he was knowledgeable, polite, professional and proficient. Got the job done quickly and correctly .nVery pleased that safelite has team members like Tim.
The communication from Safelite leading up to my appointment was amazing. Not too much but definitely enough. I even received a message with a picture of the technician I should expect. Considering I work from home--and would be home alone when he arrived--I appreciated that. Stacey, the technician, was fantastic. He was super courteous, respectful, friendly, prompt and quick! I'd recommend Safelite Auto Glass all day long
My schedule changed last minute and they were still able to come replace my windshield at a different location. Cale was the technician who came out and he was polite and professional. Amazing service.
