I was awful, they couldn't find the tires we need ,and they couldnt fined one of the employees that was working the desk .He was on the other side of store looking around .Not doing that again took forever over a hour just to pick tires up
Can't keep their word gave me a price over the phone went to pick up tires was 40 .00 more not a happy person
Friendly service they do a good job and it shows because they always have a 2 to 3 hour wait so everybody must like there service
My only problem it's between the internet saying a tire was in stock, so I make it down there to find they were out of stock
Called ahead of time to see if they could change 4 tires on my car and they said if we showed up by 7 30 pm they would have no problem doing that. Drove 40 minutes sliding around in a snow storm (hence why I needed new tires) and showed up 30 minutes early at 7 pm. Went inside and there were 4 people standing behind the counter doing nothing since they had no customers there. We were told once we were there that they couldn't change my tires and that we needed to schedule an appointment. We told them we will be taking our business to Farm and Fleet now. We have bought tires in the past from them several times and had changes done. Extremely disappointed in their service. They are very lazy and just want to go home early.
