You charge too much for your parts

I had a problem with a tire that was losing air and I needed it fixed before I went out of town in two days. When I called for assistance the service department immediately made a spot available for me to bring my vehicle in for repair. I cannot say enough about the personnel that work at Don Johnson motors. They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction and, at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Don Johnson Motors service and sales departments.

I could not be happier with my experience in purchasing my 2016 Chevy Cruz at Don Johnson here in Rice Lake. From the assistance provided by Melanie in the Service Center in looking after and helping me to transition out of my old Sunfire, to the outstanding help from Paul and Darren in both finding and securing the purchase of the new vehicle, the customer service was top notch. He welcomed me right away and took are of all my questions. When I pickup up my vehicle he greeted me again right away and let me know everything with my vehicle was good.
