We had good service, but the main reason we came in is to figure out how to do the capital gains from selling our cabin. We will most likely do our own taxes from this point on. We were able to make an appointment right away, at a time that we were able to come in (5:00 p.m.), and the service was great and professional.

Deb Dienger- Loew is the best! We always have a pleasant experience with her and will return to H&R for as long as she works there. She is knowledgeable and makes tax time fun.

I don't understand I went to this place for the first time and I was turned down on a refund loan which I only have three things on my credit that I owe on and the bank still refused to give me a loan out of my own money!! I would never go there again and I don't refer anyone there.

Called me multiple times and left messeges on the same day to remind me about my taxes. I schedule my appointment and on my way to the appointment they call us saying they were behind and want us to move the appointment to a different hour that we could not attend. Very disappointed, they have an expensive service, they should at least honor their scheduling time, since they were so eager to have our business!
