Helpful maintenance and sales people. They sell docks, boats, Parts and they work on boats there as well. Also they sell gas down by the water so you do not have to lug a gas can around to fill up your boat. We have never rented a boat from them but we hear that it is a good experience and they have well-maintained boats. The mechanics there can work on boats very well and they have a wide array of parts to help you in fixing your boat.
They were super friendly and easy to work with. We had no problems with the little boat we rented, and we had a great day out on the water!
Very personable, very nice pontoon boat, clean, reliable, the only thing missing is a number to call for emergency if something were to happen after they closed
We rented a 12 year old pontoon on July 1 and a tube rope with a harness. My sister and bro in law and my wife all saw that the harness had the plastic coating tearing off on a large spot. The next day we got a $178 damage charge for a new harness and a supposed scratch on the engine cover and a cleaning charge for too much sand in boat. I suppose most people carry a broom or a shop vac with them when they go to the lake to clean off they're rental boats when they are done swimming. Total scam. Do not rent from this place.
We had an issue with our boat motor and they were able to get it fixed right away for us!! Super friendly and very helpful.
