Every dealing we have had with Heritage Credit Union has been positive. From transferring our checking and saving accounts from a standard bank to transferring our vehicle loans. They are a pleasure and SO easy to work with. Very refreshing these days when compared to the banking establishments and their customer no-service we have dealt with in the past. We also plan to transfer our home mortgage to them in the very near future. I would give ten stars if they were available!

I needed help with my auto loan recently. I knew how busy they would be with the covid19 going on. I spoke with Dave and he mentioned how busy they are and he would help me as soon as possible and he would contact me the following week, after looking at my loan. I was amazed to get a call that following Monday saying he was working on it already. In less than a week, he was able to help me! Very satisfied with the fast, courteous service!nnThank you!

Lisa went above and beyond during a loan purchase, during Xmas week, making sure everything was processed, communication throughout and ultimately completed during a tight schedule.
