Prices are fair for the dells. Units are 50/50. Some are pretty good and some not so much. Management seems nice. Parking lot has quite a few potholes that need patching.
I have rented a space here for a few years. Owners are nice people and we have never had a problem.
Had my unit broken into, owners very nicely put their lock on unit now can't contact them so I can put new lock on and get into unit paying for a space I can't get into !nReally frustrating ! Need some things I have stored in there. The thieves got in but I can't.
Always treat me right when I can get a Hold of them! I think they even have some camera's now I will have to check again. Website that allows tenants to pay online does not work 90% of the time I have had to pay two late fees becuase of this. I am a busy man and if the site would work like it should it would get five stars. Sadly I'm getting tired of having to worry about this reoccurring every month I have dealt with it for over a year now and I'm about to pack my things and ship it off somewhere else. I do want to stress that if your okay with mailing in payments this would be great becuase they do mail you a bill. Also it's a great location one of the units is off of hwy 13 next to mechanics shop and a powersports shop with a small diner next door. Had this at 5 stars and now after these problems I have considered the 1 star. They do not call or email back since I last tried may 17 and have been almost everyday to try and talk to someone.
