I took my truck to American after being backed into. They worked very well with the insurance company of the person that hit me. All arrangements for a rental vehicle to drive during repairs were taken care of by American with the insurance company. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and handled all the paperwork and scheduling.nnI was very satisfied with the repairs. I believe that the side panel of the pickup box was repaired not replaced, which is fine because the part of the truck that was damaged looks as good as new. I wish the rest of the truck looked as good. This is a 12 year old vehicle that has wear and dings from years of use and now it is whole again.nnThank You, American
