We were staying at the resort and were looking forward to trying the Maple Kitchen. Unfortunately it was not what we were expecting. Maple candied bacon said thick cut maple glazed bacon. It came to us in our room as regular bacon with maple syrup poured on it. Maple glazed ribs were not glazed but over cooked and had BBQ sauce loaded on top. Nothing glazed about it. Maybe it was an off night but we were not a fan of any of the food we received.
From the minute we walked in we felt welcomed. The hostess was very welcoming and was very friendly, We let her know we had groupon and she helped us out with that. Our server was friendly, and took time to explain the menu, suggested great choices, is knowledgeable on the foods and wines. Food was Amazing, try the lamb, the chef cooks with love. He even came out to talk to us.
Very nice place to eat, staff was great. Drinks and food were good, but the desert was great. We had the duck and the Angus burger and desert was maple kitchen crumble and a Affogato martini
Steak was cooked to perfection, the service was great our server was Krista she was great. Very clean. The chef came out and said hi and checked on how our food was...very nice touch
The food was very good. The service was excellent. The chef visited every table to make sure we liked it (and we did!). The porch seating was delightful and safe.
