They lie and blame on insurance but when insurance is called they say its all set. Then the pharmacy will make up a different excuse. They clearly don't know how to do there jobs properly. Will be switching!

Now this is a proper Rite Aid. They are friendly and knowledgeable of the store and products.. also, they know about out of state licenses and ID'S, so no Problems with this one.

The people here are usually very helpful and quick. Some of them could benefit from stress management during very busy times, but overall I've had mostly good experiences.
