Love this place. Tuk tuk wings and drunken noodles are outstanding
Food is definitely good but customer service is so horrendous that dining in the restaurant is pretty much not an option. Also the owner clearly has no idea how to run a business seeing his responses online. I’m sure you’re going to comment something about how you have “10000 loyal customers” but let’s be honest with ourselves the only reason you survive here is because of lack of better options.
Unfortunately those people were not in my gang and just had legitimate complaints about your excuse of a restaurant which you once again failed to address in a professional manner. I seriously can’t believe how much of a joke you are. Although after reading their responses I am tempted to offer them rather high positions.
I’ve dined in the restaurant one time and had an absolutely horrible experience even though the food was fine, which really says something about how bad the customer service was. It’s obvious from the owners online comments that he has no idea how to conduct proper customer service either. I would say it’s good Thai food but only if you’ve never left the state of New Hampshire. Overall the food is average and can’t even come close to making up for the customer service.
Delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. I have eaten at fine Thai restaurants in New York, Portland Oregon, and Boston and their food is very good in comparison. Get the papaya salad and drunken noodles. You’ll thank me later.
