Loved this little spot. Stopped in as an afterthought while looking at some properties and made a point of coming back the next day. Friendly staff and simple, delicious home style food. No frills but fantastic. Love the Cookster.

Disappointed! Given all the good reviews, we tried the Cookster for lunch. I’d say we ended up tossing more than half of the food unfortunately. Taste can differ, this is not ours.nnGiving a second star for friendly service.
Stopped by here last night when the place next door (Tacos Tacos) was unexpectedly closed. What. A. Surprise. Thank you Tacos Tacos for being closed because this place knows how to make good food. And I am only talking about what was left. By the time I got there, the full menu was no longer available (she cooks for the day, when stuff runs out there's no more left). I ordered a 1lb of her pasta salad, 1lb of her soba noodle salad, 1lb of her steak (it was perfectly cooked, so tender and tasty), a 1lb of her lemon crispy chicken, and one of the Congo bars (a chocolately scrumptious dessert). You know how I know it was good? My kids didn't say a WORD during dinner b/c they were so busy killing the food!
Amazing food! Stopped in today for the first time and ordered crispy lemon chicken and pasta salad. Both were fresh and delicious. I will be back when I am in the area.
