Used to get a five star from me but our resent trip changed that we ordered two pizzas and wings, not a hard order. When we got there to pick it up they charged us $5 more then we were told on the phone and we only received one pizza the wings and a side of mac and cheese. We asked where the other pizza was and were told we only ordered one the mac and cheese pizza we ordered they put down as a side so we had to wait 20 more minutes And were charged $8 more by the time we got it the rest off the food was cold.

I do not know what is going on at Cantories pizza lately but the wait times have gone waaaaay and the food quality has gone waaaaay down. Customer service is (AS ALWAYS) great. Dillan and his crew are always super nice but come on guys, tighten it up. They used to be amazing but its slipping of late.

Only ever had takeout here but have yet to be disappointed. Pizzas have seemed to improved over time as there is less flour on the bottom of them which was my only slight that no longer matters. They have dairy free cheese which is great for those with restrictions. Pizzas have always been delicious

Love their pizza, but not sure if we will go back for a while. Ordered last week and went in to pick up take out. 3 of the kitchen staff were wearing their masks on their chins instead of over their mouths/noses. One woman without a mask kept using her hand to wipe her nose and then touching things, including things around the kitchen and boxes, bags, etc. that she was preparing for delivery.
