It had a long line in the drive thru but it was moving quite along. Ordered an 8 piece bucket with mash potatoes and coleslaw. They forgot to include my gravy but overall the food was delicious.

Imagine going to a kfc to get some good ol fried chicken for then to be out of literally every form of fried chicken it’s like going to a stop club and then being out strippers

Order from kfc and Taco Bell was handed 2 bags and continued to wait. The woman working the windows turned and looked shocked I was still there. I asked if that was everything, she insisted it was. I get home and discover they shorted me my whole Taco Bell portion of the order and all the sauces we requested. I immediately called the store and spoke to a woman named “Liz” who said she was a manager but couldn’t actually do anything without me making the trip back to their store, I have paid for food I did not receive . Very disappointed is the response to an issue, I did contact corporate and hope to resolve this soon.

On 8/11/2020 we stopped at your establishment and we were waited on by Elizabeth J. We were there around 2:50 pm in the afternoon. We ordered a $30.00 meal. We had a long drive from Boston and were Hungry so we opened up the rolls. To our surprise they were hard and burned. We were already over the Vermont border so we couldnt turn back so we decided to wait until we got home to eat.nnWhen we did finally arrive home and sat down to eat we opened up the two potatoes and there were brown streaks through them they had stuck to the pan and were sweet like someone had put sugar in them instead of salt. We got no gravy for either bowl of mashed potatoes and they were both burned. We ordered a mac and cheese and that was so dry we couldn't even eat them. It was one of the worst meals we have ever had.

My name is Michael David Dupuis and I live about 45 Minutes away from KFC in West Lebanon, NH it cost me $47.08. When I came Home they were NO Mac n Cheese, NO Dip, and the Buffalo Chicken Wings which were VERY hot and I had to throw away in the dump instead of the Honey Barbecue Wings that I have ordered. I am very upset that I did not receive what I had ordered.
