The staff creates such a positive atmosphere to practice yoga. No matter how you feel walking in to a class, you will always feel better after. Doing yoga at BYUV has not only helped me better manage chronic conditions but is also helping me reach my full potential in other areas of my life. No matter where you are in life, BYUV is the place to be!

Best place ever! Staff is amazing, classes are great for every experience level and timed conveniently. I hated exercising but now I’m addicted thanks to BYUV! Will never stop going! Prices are reasonable too!
Took my first Yin class last night with Sallie and it was perfect way to end the week. BYUV covers it all... original hot yoga, IHP and mind and body restoration with Yin. Last one for me to try is Baptiste. Love BYUV 4 years and running!
A great studio and supportive, friendly community. The mix of classes they offer means that I get schedule flexibility and I find myself excited to come to class each time, whether it is traditional hot yoga, hot pilates, or trying something new - I know that every instructor is going to be great!
