Great staff, clean place, showers, ice machine and restrooms available.
Really can't beat this facility. Rates are reasonable - as good as any - but you would expect to pay more for what you get. Very secure, like-new condition, wide aisles, easy access, great location, nice staff, and clean bathrooms!!
Defrauded me, rented a unit, never got access because manager didn't reset the access code. Missed work because of this, never got in but can't get a refund? Illegal. Misrepresentation. Fraud. DON'T GO TO ACCESS STORAGE. Having the SBI, IRS my attorney involved. Wanted to resolve this simply....but he always has some excuse. Treats people with disrespect, as if we are in the wrong, or stupid.
Had his son, who states "I am not an employee", working & accessing private records....very scary. If you're not an employee, why would you have a non-employee accessing confidential records.
The kid said, I was not in the system. Glad I took photos of all paperwork, refund receipt, I can't get, phone records. I just want my $80.08 returned for a service I paid for in "good faith", couldn't access, and had $80 dollars stolen from me. Sad. It is simple. Refund all due monies. Sad. America has become a cesspool with these people.
The. Management is wonderful here. Hose will work with his customers to meet all their needs even where it can be difficult.
