We were very impressed from the moment we walked into the facility. It was clean and the young lady that assisted us was professional in appearance and answered all of our questions. We checked out a couple other facilities that were a bit cheaper but they were nothing like this. We felt very secure with putting our treasured belongings in this facility vs. the others. Safety and security are priority and I feel City Square far exceeded these expectations.
I had the pleasure of meeting the manager in Kingman. She provided me a business card and explained all the features of their facility. Stopped in when I was in town and toured. Very nice, clean and secure. Friendly, welcoming employees. Excellent location. If you need storage for your stuff stop in, you'll be impressed.
Brand new storage. Climate controlled. Brilliant. Very clean.
Super friendly staff. Both girls were veryy helpful, from online reservation to in person assistance. My wife said they lowered our moving stress level so much with their helpfulness and understanding. Thumbs up ;)
Just moved to Laughlin from Oregon and was looking for a place to store some of my extra belongings, (downsizing). This is by far the cleanest and nicest storage I've ever seen. Has air conditioning through out. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. I was disappointed that they require insurannce but everything else was above my expectations. I have friends moving to the area and will refer them without hesitation.
