great place. minor problem, i ordered a hot coffee using the app but i got an iced coffee instead. still good though
Come here in the past and never had a problem. Waited 10 minutes after getting drinks and asked about food that was ordered, only to be snapped at that it would be up when its up. I asked if that was my food sitting on counter behind her only to be ignored. Then five more minutes goes by she turns and hands me the food that I ask her if it was mine. Poor service
I worked for this store for over two years. The store manager at the time did help me a lot for a few months as I was dealing with personal problems. I am no longer working for this company as there has been so much harassment from current and past employees via text and social media. I asked that I moved forward with my personal life and such, but some people who work or who haven’t worked for this company accused me of false information. I would not suggest going to this location as the employees are two faced and talk nonsense behind customers backs. I suggest, if Starbucks, go to the Hanover location as they are more empathetic and more humane than the employees at the west Lebanon location. All in all, support your local businesses such as Lucky’s on the Green. Don’t let corporations fool you. I’ve been there, done that.
The staff at the Starbucks in West Lebanon NH is amazing. They always make my day better. Not just with the drinks but with their great attitudes.
Drinks taste great. Have patience at the drive thru.
