Great fast and friendly service!
Friendliest staff works the night shift. They always remove the cheese from the egg and ham sandwiches and get my order 100p correct every time.
Your drive-thru people need to change. Not only do they not understand order accuracy, but the attitudes needs to go! We never get our sauces, napkins, receipt, and the app doesn’t work correctly in ONLY YOUR restaurant. I’ve worked in kitchens for over a decade, anywhere from family owned restaurants to Subways. I understand the job isn’t the best at times, but some of your employees could learn a thing or two about customer service and how to properly run a drive-thru. We absolutely will not be returning any time soon, gave this hole way too many chances it deserves. COVID or not, it has definitely given you guys a reason to get lazy, and we used to enjoy coming here too which is unfortunate.
Fast friendly service at a very busy location
Foods great, service is great and the staff is quite kind. My burger was dropped but they apologized immediately and got me a new one and I honestly felt bad. While the staff is kind they seem a little stressed sometimes and I felt bad. But other than that, this is a great restaurant for a quick bite, large meal, big or small family, or even just by yourself, best place to eat. Bathrooms are also very clean.
