Awesome staff,very friendly and helpful.
I have used this bank my entire life, and have dealt with multiple issues including:nnIdentify theft, compromise accounts on many occasions which left my debit card suspended without prior notice to me. I travel out of state very frequently and have been stranded with no way to access my money on multiple occasions. I have also experienced very subpar customer service assistance and very slow or insufficient service.nnI have been trying to close my account for weeks and even this in itself, is nothing but a hassle.nnMy advice: drive a little further down the road and use the credit union there, instead.
Worst experience ever. They like to bait and switch and not to mention there customer service. There manager Tracy is a useless cow and the rest of her staff are ex junkies. Never again will I deal with these people. AVOID AT ALL COST. I wish I could rate them 0 stars
