Very nice staff and quick service. Home made toast was DELICIOUS as the rest of the food of course. Generous portions with good prices. Highly recommended place!

What a great little restaurant with AWESOME waitresses. The food is SOOOO good & homemade bread is FANTASTIC!! Definitely worth the drive if you're from out of town. I will definitely go back for another great meal & loaf of bread!! ud83dude09ud83dude09

ReubenQuest:nI’ve traveled Southern Vermont devouring reubens.nI must rate Dot’s Reuben in top 3. Plenty of delicious cheesy moist meatiness and crispy rye bread. A little too light on the sauce for me personally and messier than most I’ve had but what it lacks in neatness it makes up in flavor!nThey’ve also got sweet potato fries which is always a plus for me ud83dudc4dud83cudffbnMy partner enjoyed her “buttermilk sandwich” as well. Very filling meals and reasonable prices!

So Dots has quite a history, Watch the PBS short documentary. It is loved by the locals, the pancakes are iconic. Place is always busy and at these times of Covid waits are especially long even at non peak times. Call ahead, it gets you ahead of the line, so we discovered. However it's well worth it, food good, servers fun and the village itself is delightful.

Great staff and ambience. Mainly diner fare but tasty! Their cracked wheat bread is delicious and if you are here in the fall, do NOT miss pumpkin spice french toast with pure maple syrup!
