I just purchased a new car at Faith’s and the experience was so easy and hassle free. My sales rep Will was professional, kind and explained everything to me before I bought. I handled most of my deal on the phone. When I came in to do paperwork, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. I absolutely recommend Faith’s for anyone looking for a new car or truck. They really know what they’re doing!! 5 stars!

From great managers who introduce themselves right off the bat and let you know you’re not just a number, to the sales people who show you everything you need to know about the vehicle you are going to love, they are committed to helping you make the right decision. Price and experience was unmatched. Highly recommend you give them a shot.

I contacted Faith Ford about a specific Ranger they had in stock, saying that I had an offer from another dealer and asked if they would be willing to match it. Bill emailed me back on Sunday, his day off, to discuss the terms of the offer and agreed to match it, suggesting I stop by the dealership the following day to take a look at the truck. I live 2.5 hours away and honestly, because of some of the other reviews people had posted, I was hesitant to go, but I did. The truck was waiting outside the showroom for me and the terms Bill had offered me were given with no questions asked. The salesman, Bryce was very helpful and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Overall, it was a very pleasant and smooth transaction, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Faith Ford again or recommend them to others. Thank you Bill and Bryce for service above and beyond.

Amazing! Both Francis and Randy along with the team here at Faith’s Toyota made it happen!! They listened to what we needed, kept in mind what we wanted and went above and beyond to get my family into a vehicle that fit our budget! Not only did they listen, but they offered other solutions that would work and we found our vehicle and drove it home that same day!! Thank you to the team at Faith’s for assisting us in our vehicle purchase and for making it happen!!

Drove from NY to VT to see a car we wanted. Salesman was very friendly, all the staff greeted us when we walked in. Very pleasant experience with the test driving process. Some fees we weren’t aware of until the buy process, but Dealer worked with us with pricing and we walked out content clients. Excited for our new car! Overall would recommend and do business again.
