Phantom Fireworks of Hinsdale

Decided to make the trip up there from Connecticut just south of the mass line to the store in Brattleboro. Little bit of a ride but not too bad. Was very little traffic on the highway. Was a little bit worried about going there and then coming back and having a Connecticut plate and all. When I got there almost everybody was from another state besides New Hampshire there were many different license plates in the parking lot. I don't know about you all but after a trip like that it's pretty much necessary to relieve oneself. So after entering the store I asked the personnel there where the restroom was located. At which time I was informed did it it was out of service. Like they have a half a dozen people working there but you telling me that there's no restroom facilities. Yes they said. Fortunately being a male it wasn't too hard of a problem to find somewhere outside the store however for you females out there I feel sorry for you for making that trip and happen to go and there's nothing there where you can. They know damn well that 90% of the people, they're coming from out-of-state knowing that they should make sure that their restroom facility is available after making my purchase which they were making many sales at day I told him I was happy for him cuz now they can afford to fix their bathroom. So just be where they'll take your money but don't try to use their bathroom

Great place. Plenty of fireworks. Coming up from Connecticut no tolls and straight shot up 91N. Very easy to get too. 2 hours. Gas and food near by. Plenty of parking. Staff was professional and helpful. Will now go here instead of the PA location which is the same distance with tolls. Only complaint with phantom is the free shirts are only in XL size. They never have any other size. God bless America!

Love this place. They always send me coupons in the mail and we get the best deals with the flyers.

As soon as I entered I was greeted and was helped(first time being there) All the employees were extremely nice. They have some major deals going on. Buy ones and get ones...spend a certain amount get some free..and many more! I was alittle confused about the deals but as soon as the employee saw it on my face(what you could see with my mask on) she was quick to help me out. I was expecting a bigger bill when I went to the register but wound up being alot less than expected!!! Definitely going back and DEFINITELY Recommend!! Thank you!
