The staff at shippee auto is very thorough and friendly. they explain things without sounding condescending. id recommend them to anyone, especially young people with their first cars.
I believe the work done was good. The service and flexibility was top notch. I still have some metal grinding noise coming from the front of the vehicle when turning though. Which was the original reason I brought the vehicle in. I dont know if it was missed, or the problem is intermittent. Everyone at the shop was great. Free loaner, which I appreciated and made sure to fill the tank as I was grateful. Im sure there is a reasonable explanation, as to why it was missed.
I bought a car from Shippee auto. The day I picked it up it the fuel line leaked. Shawn took it in the next day, gave me a loaner car, fixed the issue and had it back to me the next day. He was more than honorable and the whole crew is super friendly, helpful, and courteous. Anita makes everyone feel welcomed and special. I would definitely recommend them for service. On a previous visit I had my other car serviced for an oil change. They noticed a light was out. When they figured out they would have to take the bumper off to replace the light, they gave me the option of not having it done. Ford Fusion engineering is ridiculous by the way. I highly recommend Shippee Auto.
The folks at Shippee Auto were prompt, communicative and very professional. Unlike many shops I've been to, they were careful about covid restrictions; they wiped down my car before returning it and social distanced when I was inside.
Purchased snow tires and wheels from Shippee and was throughly pleased with the timeliness and quality of service provided.
